Pegasus is delighted to have secured a further four years of Arts Council NPO funding and, as it enters an exciting phase in its development with new joint CEOs Polly Cole (Executive Director) and Corinne Micallef (Artistic Director) we are looking for  exceptional people to join us and play key roles as we create inspirational opportunities for children and young people.

Executive Assistant

The Executive Assistant is a key position reporting to the Executive Director (Joint CEO), responsible for supporting the work of the executive team by providing exceptional administrative and organisational assistance and playing a pivotal role in ensuring smooth flow of communication across the organisation. The role supports the development, implementation and monitoring of Pegasus’s business planning in order to achieve our artistic ambitions and business objectives.

Marketing Officer

The Marketing Officer is a key position reporting to the Executive Director (Joint CEO), responsible for the delivery of marketing and promotion for all of Pegasus’s activities in order to increase engagement and raise the profile of the organisation.  The role supports the development, implementation and monitoring of Pegasus’s business planning in order to achieve our artistic ambitions and business objectives.

Participation Co-ordinator  

The Participation Co-ordinator is a key position reporting to the Artistic Director (Joint CEO), responsible for the co-ordination of our creative learning opportunities and supporting the engagement of young people with our programme of activity.  The role supports the development, implementation and monitoring of Pegasus’s business planning in order to achieve our artistic ambitions and business objectives.

Duty Manager

Duty Managers are the key position reporting to the Front of House Manager, responsible across all elements of our front of house operation for the welcome, service, and safety of all people using, visiting and working at Pegasus. Four Duty Managers work on a shift system over six days of operation to cover: ticket sales and reception, café bar preparation and service, house management of shows and activity and general building operation and maintenance.  This wide ranging role supports the development, implementation and monitoring of Pegasus’s audience development and financial strategies to achieve our business objectives and artistic ambitions.
