Like showing off your Hip Hop moves? Want to try boxing? We’re partnering with our dance company in residence Body Politic and independent gym Project PT to offer 5 days of:lifting, sport skills and boxing sessions, Hip Hop classes, T-shirt designing, and an end of week performance at Pegasus. This Summer Camp will empower young people (aged 8 – 16) to have fun, be creative and learn new skills.

We’re also providing lunch/tea and healthy snacks, so let us know any allergies and dietary requirements.

The week is split into two age groups:

8-11 yrs: 9am -12:30pm
12-16 yrs: 1pm – 4:30pm

Our dance sessions will be led by our brilliant Body Politic artists, who work hard to create fun and inclusive environments for every participant. Your child will have the opportunity to learn new dance routines, improve technique and create their own moves which will be showcased at the end of the week performance.

We are also really excited to be working alongside Project PT; an inclusive local gym who aim to bring health and fitness to everyone regardless of age, ability or background. Across the five days Project PT will provide boxing, lifting and sport skills classes for participants. We believe that using dance and fitness is a fun and creative combination to improve coordination, boost physical and emotional wellbeing and produce happy young people!
