Community Engagement Manager

Salary: £24,500-28,500 pa pro rata (starting salary dependant on experience)

Part time: 22 hours per week (3 days)

The Community Engagement Manager is a new position within the organisation reporting to the Creative Learning Director. The role is responsible for building Pegasus’ relationships within the diverse range of communities we serve with the aim of increasing engagement, relevance, and profile of the organisation within the community. The role supports the development, implementation and monitoring of Pegasus’s audience development and programming strategies to achieve our business objectives and artistic ambitions.

Producer

Salary: £26,500-£27,300 pa pro rata (starting salary dependant on experience)

Part time: 22 hours per week (3 days) 

The Producer is a key position reporting to the Executive Director responsible for the delivery of Pegasus’s in house produced programme and supporting the creative process for young people and artists. The role supports the development, implementation and monitoring of Pegasus’s artistic and audience development strategies to achieve our business objectives and artistic ambitions.

Development Director

Salary: £38,000-£40,000 pa (starting salary dependant on experience) 

Full time: 37 hours per week

The Development Director is a key member of the Executive Team, responsible for devising, implementing, and delivering Pegasus’ fundraising strategy with the aim of developing a sustainable mix of funding and meeting ambitious annual targets.  The role contributes to the development, implementation and monitoring of Pegasus’s overall business plan to support the achievement our business objectives and artistic ambitions. 

Duty Manager

Salary:  £9,554 pa pro rata (based on 37 hrs F/T £17,675 pa)

Part time: 20 hours per week

Duty Managers are the key position reporting to the Front of House Manager, responsible across all elements of our front of house operation for the welcome, service, and safety of all people using, visiting and working at Pegasus. Duty Managers work on a shift system over six days of operation to cover: student registrations, course administration, course support, online ticket sales, management of live and online show activity and general building operation and maintenance. This wide-ranging role also provides in-class support to Pegasus’s participation programme by assisting the delivery of our afterschool classes.
