The Power of Creativity

Friday 8th February 2019

A special fundraising evening in support of Pegasus

Pegasus is delighted to welcome our Patrons Bill Lucas and Philip Pullman, Chair of Arts Council England Nicholas Serota, journalist and novelist Lyn Gardner, Founder and Artistic Director of Mashi Theatre Trina Haldar and Co-Chair of the Pegasus Youth Board, Lucy Gibbons to take part in an evening of discussion about the importance of creativity in the lives of young people.

After hearing from the panel and some short provocation pieces by Pegasus young performers, we will be throwing the floor open to the audience and ending with an opportunity to carry on the conversation over a glass of wine.

As a charity, the support of our friends and audiences is crucial to our success.  All proceeds from the evening will go to our Change Makers campaign helping Pegasus to offer outstanding creative experiences for young people from all backgrounds, nurture exciting new talent and remain inclusive, accessible and affordable for all.

Tickets are £25 each and include a glass of wine and nibbles.  We want to keep tickets prices affordable but, if you can manage a little more, please consider adding a gift-aided donation when booking your tickets.  All donations are being matched £1 for £1 so it is an excellent time to give!

Further information about our panel can be found here.

Approx. running time:  discussion/performances 7.00pm – 8.30pm, drinks 8.30pm – 9.30pm.
