Join our team and help create exceptional experiences for Young Women and Girls.
Pegasus is looking for a female session assistant to support its creative learning project Looking Forward from September 2026. Looking Forward is Pegasus’s inclusion project for girls aged 11-16 facing a range of challenges in their lives. Sessions are designed to help participants build confidence, self-esteem, and positive relationships with their peers.
The project runs on Tuesday evenings during term-times.
Pegasus would like to hear from people that have a positive track record of assisting young people on creative learning projects, and with pastoral experience of supporting young people that have been identified as being vulnerable. Drama is the central art form, but a variety of other art forms may be used to engage the group: cross arts experience is desirable.
