Work Experience at Pegasus Theatre
We’re proud to partner with schools across Oxfordshire to offer exciting group work experience placements throughout the year.
A week at Pegasus gives students a behind-the-scenes look at what it really takes to run a vibrant theatre. From the buzz of the box office to the creativity of marketing and the focus needed in finance, HR, fundraising and creative learning, students get hands-on experience across the heart of our organisation.
Every participant contributes to real projects and gains valuable skills along the way. We look for young people who are curious, committed, adaptable and genuinely excited about exploring a future in theatre.
