Our beautiful Clore studio is perfect for a whole range of activity. From rehearsals to workshops, performances to classes and even Birthday Parties.
One wall is covered by 8’ height mirror with polished wood dance barre at 1m height.
A tab track runs all the way around the space with black serge drapes (in 12 sections of 3.4m width) to cover all four walls including the mirror and doors.
We have Six high-level remote-opening velux windows with remote electric black-out shutters. Four high internal windows to office space with manual black-out shutters.
External, fully glazed doors looking out over a patio / garden space – which can be covered by the black masking.
The floor is fully sprung wooden dance floor, with under-floor heating. Black Rosco floor (lino dance floor) semi-permanently laid to cover entire floor.
The studio has 2 school style wooden benches and a selection of stacked chairs available for use – Please re stack chairs if they are used.
To Hire our Studio
Studio Space Only (no support/additional services/closed events/rehearsals)
Commercial Rate- £40 per hour (0% vat (Exempt)
Community rate -£30.00 per hour (0% vat (Exempt)
Studio Hire Performance/Events
£800 per day + 20% vat (up to 10-hour day)
£400 per half day +20% Vat (up to 5 hours)
Any additional services including staff /equipment/refreshments need to be added and change the vat status of the Hire to + 20% vat (Standard)
Surcharges – opening outside normal/planned opening hours
25.00 per hour + 20% vat
