A warm-hearted, wacky tale about the true meaning of Christmas and the challenge of the last-minute seasonal food shop.
‘Twas Christmas Eve and Fanny Scratchett is busy working in ‘Scroogeways’ supermarket. Her employer Wilhelmina Scrooge has always discounted Fanny’s loyalty (and her pay!) but tonight she will learn how to bag a friend for life!
In this adaptation of Dickens’ tale about the true meaning of Christmas Wilhelmina Scrooge meets a host of hilarious spectral characters. The ghost of Christmas past, great old uncle brussels sprout, is dancing, singing and remembering the good old days. The ghost of Christmas Present, dressed in shiny gift wrap, has fun and games for everyone. And the ghost of Christmas Past, a silent frozen turkey, has an important message for Wilhelmina!
There’s lots of music, singing, interactive fun and festive cheer as well as puppets galore with a full singing Christmas dinner, Tiny Ted the carrier bag dog and an annoying self-service till (with some unidentified items in their bagging area).
Sing along with a feast of Christmas Dinner puppets and fill up your Nectar Card of love in this heart warming pantomime presented by Wild Boor Ideasl in collaboration with Pegasus Theatre.
