Artists

Committed to quality

We are committed to supporting, encouraging and programming artists and companies to create and showcase the highest quality work made specifically for children and young people.

Previous artists and companies that we have supported include:
Wild Boor Ideas
Morgan and West
Thomas Page Dances
Body Politic
What Not Theatre
Tabby Lamb
Everybody Panic

They all remain connected to Pegasus as companies that we regularly programme, members of our board of trustees or as associate companies and partners.

We are committed to providing opportunities for artists and communities that are often overlooked we do this through our partnership with Oxford Playhouse and The North Wall Arts Centre to deliver Circuit Breaker a resident company support programme. We are a partner in Oxford Playhouse’s annual Queer Fest.

Work with young artists

We want to be a home for young artists to explore, create and play. It is our ambition that by 2028 Pegasus’s very first Young Artists Collective will be up and running. This new scheme open to all creatives aged 18-25 from any discipline will be piloted in 2026. If you are interested in joining or would just like some more information then contact artistdevelopment@pegasustheatre.org.uk
