Classes
Discover, create, perform! Our classes encourage young people to explore theatre, dance and storytelling whilst building confidence, making friends and having fun.
Our classes run weekly for our different age groups in both Drama and Hip Hop dance. They are a chance for children to grow their skills, experience and boost confidence. With end of term family and friend sharing’s these classes are a fantastic way to introduce your child to performance in a fun and supportive environment.
No previous experience required.Courses are open to all levels of ability.
Taught by industry professionals, classes run termly with a sign up every new term.
Young Companies
Pegasus Young Companies give aspiring performers the chance to create, collaborate, and shine on stage. Through workshops, rehearsals, and performances, each year the Young Companies work with industry professionals towards producing a full-scale production, performed at Pegasus Theatre.
The Young Companies are designed for young people who would like to pursue acting or technical theatre, enjoy devising work or enjoy the artistic process of putting on a professional performance. They are a way to gain access to performance opportunities and to develop acting skills, confidence and techniques in a fun, safe and inclusive environment.
And for those not interested in performing we also run the Technical Young Company, for budding stage technicians and designers aged 14-18 for those wanting to build their skills, knowledge and experience behind the curtain.
