Create, collaborate and shine
Pegasus Young Companies give aspiring performers the chance to create, collaborate, and shine on stage. Through workshops, rehearsals, and performances, each year the Young Companies work with industry professionals towards producing a full-scale production, performed at Pegasus Theatre.
The Young Companies are designed for young people who would like to pursue acting or technical theatre, enjoy devising work or enjoy the artistic process of putting on a professional performance. They are a way to gain access to performance opportunities and to develop acting skills, confidence and techniques in a fun, safe and inclusive environment.
And for those not interested in performing we also run the Technical Young Company, for budding stage technicians and designers aged 14-18 for those wanting to build their skills, knowledge and experience behind the curtain.
We don’t hold auditions or interviews; we welcome anyone with the commitment, enthusiasm and passion to be part of a Pegasus Young Company.
Our Young Companies run for a whole year, and work towards a full scale production at the end. So sign up at the start and work your way to centre stage.

If the fees are a stretch too far you can pay in instalments before the beginning of your first term.
