Support us

Pegasus is a registered charity and your support helps us to offer outstanding creative experiences for young people from all backgrounds, nurture exciting new talent and remain inclusive, accessible and affordable for all.

β€œPegasus Theatre is a vital organ for the people of East Oxford, feeding new blood into the system by giving young people space, opportunity, shelter, nurture and growth. To breathe new life into our post-Covid future, it is not just money we need.Β  It is hope. Pegasus, and all small theatres, arts centres, youth clubs and more, all over the country, give wings to hope:Β  a voice to speak of hope; skills, confidence, language and ability to make hope.Β  We must now back these places, take care of them, build them up again. For our children’s sake. For all our futures.”

Simon McBurney, Artistic Director, ComplicitΓ© & Pegasus Patron

London Marathon 2021

He did it!

Two years after signing up to run the London Marathon for Pegasus and 18 months after a lockdown marathon in his back garden, David Shorten finally got to run on the iconic course on 3rd October.

David has raised c. Β£4,000 for Pegasus (including Gift Aid) which is a wonderful contribution to our work with children and young people.

Thanks David!
